Since I was born and raised in the Sahara and have organized many tours and treks there, you can count on my reliability and experience. In 2017, I met my wife in Morocco while traveling. Born and raised in the Sahara. He led tours and treks there for years, long before it became a company. In 2017 he met his wife Janina while she was travelling in Morocco; together they founded VacationTours.
Since 2022 he has lived in Germany, which makes him directly reachable — in German, with a German business registration and German contract terms. He has known the drivers, cooks and nomad teams in Morocco personally for years.

Janina teaches the yoga practice on every retreat — on the roof terrace in Marrakech, in the oases of the Draa valley and on the dunes of Erg Chegaga.
Classes are adapted daily to how the group feels, so beginners and experienced practitioners can travel together. Guests almost always name both of them in their feedback — that is no accident.

We do not work through agencies but directly with families, cooperatives and camps in the Zagora and M'hamid region. This is not an environmental programme — it is simply how these journeys came about.
