Terms and conditions

Deposit and balance
A deposit of 30 % of the trip price is due on booking. The balance is payable at the latest 14 days before departure.
Minimum group size
Unless stated otherwise, every route requires a minimum of two participants.
Weather
Desert stays require suitable weather. If a service has to be cancelled for weather reasons, we offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Services not included
Flights, travel insurance, tips and soft drinks are generally not included. The full list is given on every route page.
